Government Girls Inter College, Rajpur road is a renowned school located in the heart of the city of Dehradun. Although established in 1950, the school building took another nine years to be completed. And it was in 1959, that the school started operating. Apart from quality education, the school organizes various activities in association with the National Cadet Corps (NCC), National Service Scheme (NSS), The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Student Police Cadet (SPC), Red Cross etc. They also conduct other science-based, sports, literary and cultural activities for the holistic growth of their students.
